And it seems the only "finished"
product available at L-S that includes A1 in it's mix is Pheromax. As far as we know. I've been told that it's a
"patented" (or whatever) product, so some products use stuff that "mimic" A1 (as part of their "secret
ingredients.")

Are you saying that A1 itself is patented? I thought it was a straight naturallyAnd it seems the only

Mtnjim is probably correct in saying that it's inclusion in a "finished" product is legally tied
up by Realm (sounds right based on what I've seen elsewhere with other types of products). He may have the facts on
hand that I don't. Pheromax could have simply paid Realm for a "license" to use A1 in their product. Those who
don't want to pay the fees (I assume there probably are fees or at least lawyers involved...) will try to create
substitutes.
And I should also stand corrected. Realm for Women *may* contain A1. I don't recall anything from
the Realm people that actually specifically states that it's A1 in there. Postings and such from other forum
members express the *opinion* that it's A1 from what I've read here. It's also generally thought that the
percentage of A1 in women's Realm is pretty small, meant to affect the wearer more than anyone else.

Gents,
I believe that the key
phrase in the patents is "Fragrance Compositions".
Both patents listed on the Realm box:
U.S. Patent #5,272,134
U.S. Patent #5,278,141
.....can be found linked in the
Pheromone Research Forum here
and here for ease of future
