Chikara spray volumes measured

Yea, DST, a full sprays was more than

I was using in the middle of my Chikara journey. In the beginning I was getting the full sprays, or doing

pre-sprays to get them.

At a certain point I stopped. I forgot what I full spray looked like sort of speak.

Couldn't figure out why my results went down. Remember the thread I did asking if anyone else had found that

Chikara no longer made them cheerful? Well, I thought I was getting de-sensitized to it (which I partially have)

but was happing was I just had less on than I thought I had on. The NPA irratibility was becoming a problem

again.

Once I did the full sprays again, the irratibility was gone, which confirmed my suspicision that I was

using less.

For those with the new chikara, wasting sprays in particuarly painful (the thing is 2.3 times

greater per spray), so it would definitely be a good idea to spray into a empty bottle and hopefully accumalate

something you can dab on.

That's a good idea. I've always sprayed the partial, beginning spray of the day on myself

because I didn't want to waste it, but I think I'll try that.
