a) not shower (you were up all night and just went out)
b) were your stress levels higher or were you
sweating alot
I get good natural mone hits when I have been through anxious situations (with some
sweating) and having not washed.
I suspect it is because it is because of a sustained higher level of
hormone production combined with sweating that is going on in cases of anxiousness (or maybe just being really
determined to achieve a task), and I wonder if this occured in your case.
During fight or flight
situations, I think (hypthesis) that none production is high, and DIHLs could be the result of recognizing someone
in a fight or flight situation.
Anyway, how much sleep did you get, etc, how long were you
working?
Did you wash, shave, change clothes, etc, in the morning?
