    I am now talking about the times when I consciously

    noticed the difference: It makes my mood more mellow, or soft. It takes the edge off, even off a very positive mood,

    makes me more cuddly. The helpful effect is really more in socially tense situations. It would be very helpful to

    overcome approach anxiety, for me it's with tough clients.

    Nowadays I am normally not consciously able to

    notice effects, but when I look back to pre-LT times, my level of comfort with certain clients has really been

    transformed.

    I think it's a great idea to test the effect on yourself during things like engagements, public

    spreaking (for the anxious ones) or even to reduce approach anxiety for PUA training etc.

    Hey guys,
    Thanks for the

    new concept of how to use it. Now I just need to get nervous again and have it with me. Maybe I will go out this

    weekend to somewhere new, but probably unlikely due to the holidays. I will try your approach eventually and report

    back.
