Nowadays I am normally not consciously able to
notice effects, but when I look back to pre-LT times, my level of comfort with certain clients has really been
transformed.
I think it's a great idea to test the effect on yourself during things like engagements, public
spreaking (for the anxious ones) or even to reduce approach anxiety for PUA training etc.
