I think It would have been a good idea to not meet with her for a few weeks before applying the pheromones.

That's a good mix of stuff to work with. If your girl can't smell it, just increase the amount. You can always offer a wrist to sniff too, since you know her so well. There is a lot of written material on the web about getting out of the "let's just be friends" rut. It can be tough, but not as bad as it might seem. Make sure to hold on to your self-respect. That's the important thing.

im thinking about increasing it, but afraid of OD, cause as i read all around the forum, 2 spray chikara is the maximum. not to mention this is 2 chikara + NPA.

Everybody is different and we change as we age. You might be able to use more but won't know until you try.

, will report it back here, btw, i see some kind of changes already with NPA + SOE, the other day when driving her home, we stay in the car for a while talking before she goes into the house, its been a long time since we did that

, but dont think that enough to change her mind about us getting back together though
