    I generally

prefer the Werzerkdizeimer over the Barbarino, especially with Whoppers and pommes frites.

And I personally enjoy the French stuff,

but you can\'t deny a quality Barbaresco, a quality Chianti Classico, or, if you want to piss away big coin, a fat

    Yeah,

    but, you\'re underestimating a fact...

I -am- italian. I live -in- italy. Wineyards that produce the best

chianti are 100-200 miles from me. The barolo, 400-600ish miles I\'d say Even the best italian 60$ bottle

(perfectly wonderful mind you) doesn\'t have the same effect you get when bringing on the table some french 60$

bottle. The neighbour\'s grass is always greener, they say.

    Woman? Woman?! This has gone

far beyond initial attraction impressions my young neophyte oenophile. This has to do with one-upmanship in

appellation knowledge. The woman herself has already entered the fray with her interjection of Gewurzt experience.

She has transcended the initial perception of being an object in which to vie for, and has stepped upon the stage

    Yeah, if you\'re Archie Bunker.

If you\'re able to achieve a little more sophistication than PBR, Black Label or Old Crow than a true man can sit

Au contraire mon frere. A cocktail is just

as important as the wine, and also, subsequently, the apertif. But no more important mind you. Yes, a nice lowball

or two of Mac 12 or Johnnie Gold as a precursor to the meal is just as introspective as is the choice of wine for

the particular dish. A true man\'s man would understand the value and perception of such.

    Sure, slapping the

being able to confidently order the right glass of appropriate Pinot Grigio for the crab cocktail. It all has a
