23 year old make 5,8 170 pounds and i use to work out but not lately but im not fat.Im usely on the shy side when i

go out and not that open until i drink something then i loosen up and dont care what i say.I wanted to know what do

u think will be the best for me to use.I was looking at AE but also REALM for men. Does any one of them make u talk

more and feel more happy.

AE/m with a little SOE gets me going as much as it effects those around me. It seems to act as a

SOE I don´t use SOE but everyone else says it affects them in a positive way. WAGG gets very mixed results in that

respect.

think buying the componets to mix WKM will do you good. AE/m + TE or NPA also. SOE + TE/Npa to. I wouldnt go with

WAGG. Your physical description doesnt really require the use of WAGG (maybe later when you start mixing and get

into mones more) If you wanna try TE try and get the Edge Essentials Heat, the smell is good and it lasts. You

could also look into Pheromax, Its similar to AE/m, but has some a1 in it. Honestly I think your description is

quite similar to (Krtel) the creator is WKM and it works awsome for him and a lot of the people on this board. (try

a search for it)

SOE with a little bit of NPA - Look up the DD#1 mix - great for if you are shy but it gets people talking to you to

a degree.

Most of the time Girls dont come up to me and talk and i dont go up to many girls because i dont know what to say

or im to shy to.I have also notice that girls that usely say something to me or like me they are way to young like

16 and thats a no no.Im just trying to get some tips because march 19 im going to panama city beach florida for

spring break and if u ever been there u know its crazy and it also has the largest club in the usa.

Well I for one think that as a neewbie you should stick to one product. I am not saying that you cannot

mix your own. But until you find out how to use pheros correctly for yourself on yourself as your own test viuctim.

But when you start trying to mix your pown stuff without first knowing what types of pheros work for ya, it could be

a big waste of $. I would suggest NPA but it is strong and folks seem to OD on it allot. So maybe SOE would be a

good choice, nice and balnced then again Alter Ego (AE) would be another very well balanced product. SO proceed with

caution, until you find what your own phero signature likes to have added to it.

suggest AE, AFA and maybe NPA too. I think Chris needs some none (for older girls ) and AFA for more light fun
