Im in an

I say rude to discuss pay around people. Personally as you grow older into certain careers I feel its actually rude
for someone to straight ask you about your income and the same as asking someone else. Knowing or discussing the
general pay scale I feel is ok, but straight out asking is a nono right? Am i right? Or are my friends right and
its ok to go around asking people about their wages?
It\'s rude.

What she said
Yea, that
is no good
Do not
ever discuss salary. It causes hard feelings and you can not change it anyway. It is rude!

i flat
out told my SO i dont wanna know what he makes cause im not with him for his money. I think its SO rude for people
to ask others what they make. in deeper relationships (long term, fiance, marriage whatever one is confortable)
thats the only time i think wages should be asked about if it hasnt been volunteered anyway.
I
asked a guy once when I was a kid, and my dad looked like he was about to have a heart attack...
My ex-gf asked
me that the other day and I told her it was none of her business...anymore, that is.

I really
think even talking about work much is bad to do with friends......it just creates competitiveness, i.e. someone
feels inadequete

I sometimes don\'t even tell people what I do for a living (mainly because I don\'t really
DO anything). I tell them it\'s between me and the IRS.
I
don\'t mind discussing work, as long as it\'s something that can be discussed outside of work, and it\'s
remotely interesting.
As long as I\'m doing my job well, why in the world would I feel inadequate about how
someone else is doing?

Young
guys trying to scale the latter of success do feel inadequete when a peer is having more success than
them.
Dogsbutt, I thought you were a hypnotist that made girls\' boobs bigger?
No.
That would be Bruce Almighty.
By the way, I work for the IRS and I could buy you all.
