    Default Androstenone/Androstenol confusion?

    visit-red-300x50PNG
    Hello there,

New forum member here; I was searching the forum and found a phero-research link in one of the

    posts:

    http://www.nel.edu/22_5/NEL220501R01_Review.htm

Anyways, it\'s stated there that -none is generally \"offensive\" to females whereas -nol is sexually arrousing.

Most mone products out there are based on -none (at least the \'big boys\'), or in a multi-mone product, have

    the greatest ratio quantity.

Now I\'m confused. What\'s the story behind -none and -nol? I always thought

-none was the \"sex mone\". This article states differently. Any opinions?

Have you read through the cookbook in the Pheromone Reference Material link above? That might help you.

    read

on the forum to help you find out what product to go for first and play around. Never mind the `sex´phero stuff,

you´ll be dissappointed when you approach the world of mone use that way

    The problem

was that study measured the scent of None at a highly concentrated level. Many musks, which is used in everything

for the scent it adds from perfume to toothpaste, smell like sh!t at concentrated levels.

    Also, if they wanted to

see if women were turned on by -Anone, they wouldn\'t ask them what they thought of the conscious scent of it.

I am sure the theory is that if it is something women are turned on by, they would have developed a liking of

the scent.... but still you go back to the issue of concentration.

    Basically, none signals dominance, aggression.

When that is balanced with other pheros that are friendlier, the signal being scent is \"my aggressive side will

not harm you, only protect you\"

Here is that thread about your question that was brought up a couple of days
