yeah, thats part of the listening to

yourself thing. no prescription can tell you what is good for you. you can get good guide lines, but at the end of

the day you must listen to your own chemistry.

in fact, comeing to think of it, it is just like pheromones. you

can get a lot of useful info on the forum, but you have to take into account your own signature and body chem. and

observe the results of your mix

word has different meanings in different places. Heck even in english the meaning changes from state to state in the

US. Another example would be \"tortilla\" in Spain, it\'s an egg and potatoe \"omelet\" in Mexico it\'s a

flat corn \"bread\" product.
