Default AE/m (Old scent vs. new scent)?

    visit-red-300x50PNG
    I was

just about to order a new bottle of AE/m and noticed there\'s an option for choosing either the old scent or the

new scent. Can anyone explain to me what the difference is? I have a bottle that is nearly gone and to be honest

I\'m not sure is the new or old scent. lol

The one I have has a slightly musky scent to it, not

overpowering but can get heavy if a lot is used. It\'s not bad smelling. Is this the new scent, or the old one?

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Sounds

like the new scent. The old scent is very light smelling. A person would need to be a lot closer opposed to the new

AE, to smell it. Other than the smell, there is no difference between the two. If you are using AE, with a cologne,

you might be better off going with the old scent, it\'s less apt to clash with your cologne.

    Yeah,

new scent probably. The old (second version) AE is very subtle. I hardly notice it at all (a good thing). The

new scent announces itself more loudly and is definitely harder to cover.

    Maybe that\'s why

i find AE/m so hard to cover then, most cologne i have don\'t go very well with the New AE/m either i will try the

old AE/m too. That\'s one of the only product i don\'t have tested yet. So would be great to test it out too.

Will test it out with WAGG-N and see how well it works out.

    Thanks everyone!

Yeah, I\'ll order the old as well. You\'d think that they\'d keep on both types for those

who do not wish to have the fragrance included. I\'d personally rather that all \'mones were unscented and allow

for an easy cover cologne to be used without worry of clashing.

Franki, I think he was asking if the thread should be moved.

    This

thread moved INTO the newbie thread?? Hmmm...

Or make this thread sticky? .....

    I don\'t really like both

    options.

What about add a link in the newbie thread to a thread like this explaining the AE-scent differences..

    That\'s

what I meant, that or copy/pasting in an explanation from a thread.
