Default Turning Oriental

visit-red-300x50PNG
I was missing a few

things, so I did a version as close to the original as possible. I was so excited when I was able to get my benzoin

to a perfect consistency in the microwave. I haven\'t added a carrier oil yet, and as you can see I multiplied the

recipe x 8. I want to be able to use it for my light bulb ring. I won\'t put it in the nebulizer because the

benzoin will probably be too thick and could cause it to clog. I also like to add a few drops to my unscented body

lotion. I am going to let it sit over night before I start playing with it, but DAMN does it smell good. That

sandalwood is just so sexy. This has everything in it that I love...food and musky sex scent. I know that this one

will be a winner. If any of you have the ingredients for the original recipe, you really should make it. I am going

to make the exact one when I fill in my supplies.

16 Patchouli
24 sandalwood
8 cinnamon leaf
32

benzoin
32 ylang ylang
16 lavender
8 anise
64 grapefruit

OK...I lied. I didn\'t let it sit

over night. I used it in my light bulb ring and in my body lotion. Make it! Just make it.

Been considering some new additions to my arsenal, I think I may be leaning toward anise and

cinammon. Should work well w/ my current fav mixes.

Yes, get them. Anise

smells so nice on it\'s own. When I make my next order, I am going to get it in the 4 ounce bottle. I love it that

much.

Got question for you. I had an \"overnight guest\"

recently who said she thought Patchouli smells like sex to her. Would you or any of the other ladies agree?

Needless to say, I put a few drops of Patchouli in my bedroom that night.

I agree--the

Thanks ladies,

I appreciate your input. Her comment about Patchouli had me

thinking. I have a buddy who always wreaks of Nag Champa whenever we go out and he seems to get quite a bit of

attention from women. Not certain that this is any explanation at all. I suspect that he\'s been experimenting w/

pheros (he doesn\'t know that I use them, btw, no one does) because for a while he kept making vague comments

about how he must be putting out \"some kind of scent that attracts women\". I never really noticed him getting

anything that I would call a phero hit, but he\'s definitely seen the effects of my phero use. I doubt that he

would ever come right out and say so...he\'s more of the \"hint dropper\" type.

Yes! Congrats.

Glad it turned out well, Elana. Let us know how it matures. I do

encourage folks to try the original formula if possible, even if you have to go out and buy the oils, just to get

the idea of it. If we eventually all have similar oils, then it will be easier to learn/experiment. Also, it can be

hard, but just a little discipline to not use it IMMEDIATELY might be well worth it.

I am working on a hauntingly erotic women\'s floral

perfume at this moment. I used a whole bottle of original, undiluted EW (100x strength of the current one) in it,

along with many other aphrodisiacs, musks, lots of anise, precious flowers, and pheromones! I\'ve never smelled

anything like it, with all that EW, which smells delightful in the proper context, like every stinky organic

substance. When it\'s finished, Bruce will get a sample.

Now that\'s what I call a \"Good n

Plenty\" treat. \"Sounds yummy\" is right!!!! What kinda candy are you going to be giving out next Friday Elana?

Can I come by? My costume is a full body Penis!!! Whatdoyasay?

Actually you inspired me today Elana (no, not

that kind of inspired). I\'ve been playing around with Anise and Baby Powder oils for a couple of weeks now after

reading that study on women\'s reactions to various scents and today I finally put a cover scent mix together that

works for me. I\'ve tried most of the men\'s Colognes that have been suggested on the Forum and haven\'t liked

any of them. They\'re all just too \"in your face\" for me. Especially compared to some of the real

good(expensive) high end Perfumes I\'ve sniffed. Women\'s Perfumes seem to be so much more refined than the

men\'s stuff. Understandably so. I like refined! I like subtle! But you don\'t seem to get that in a cologne.

By themselves the Anise and BP are way to fem for me but I like that women like and respond to them. The mix

I put together is a real junk-yard affaire but waste not, want not and the end result is great. At least for me.

Manly, but believe it or not, very subtle and refined. Anise, BP, Comtoir Sud Pacifique Vanille Amber(bi),

L\'Artisan Tea for Two (bi), Royall Musk and some Jako Lagerfeld. ShaZam! The Musk and Lagerfeld seem to keep

everything anchored nicely as the Anise, Vanille Amber and BP float across the top. The TforT adds a nice spicy

harmonic. I like it a lot and tomorrow I get to try it out. OH BOY!

Little by little you get sucked in to

\"whole scent\" thing don\'t you? I\'m sure it won\'t be too long before I start buying all the oils

recommended by the good DR. and others on the Forum. It\'s lots of fun and I thank you one and all!

Actually Bruce

and I have been talking for a while now, but I\'m still working on them. Bruce has been very open and encouraging,

as you might expect. I\'m working on three limited edition perfumes: one men\'s, one women\'s, and one unisex.

The men\'s version, which has been very difficult to create, will be finished first. Of course, Bruce will have to

approve them, and nothing has been sent to him yet. They are very complicated and ambitious perfumes. I\'m sort of

like the Chihuahua of perfumers. The men\'s formula has around

125 ingredients, and the others aren\'t much different. I can\'t say too much more yet.

Of course you

can! But would you want to? Probably not, because edge is half alcohol only, (like vodka) and won\'t dissolve

EO\'s. If they don\'t dissolve they won\'t mask odor as well, or stay mixed. You must add a little grain

alcohol to the oils first to dissolve them, maybe 50/50. You can experiment, and draw your own conclusions. I\'ve

tried it both ways.

And here is a

fawking great, simple, tried-n-true, workhorse recipe for you lurking men. (although most women will like it too!) I

am giving 3 versions so you can choose your complexity/sophistication level, and to allow for personal tastes. One

is NOT better than the other!! Just different.

Randy Pants

8 Sandalwood
2 Neroli
1 Cinnamon

leaf (optional)
1 bitter orange (Not sweet orange! optional add-on to the cinnamon)
15 Jojoba

This is a

very good cover scent, and an outstanding aphrodisiac for attracting women.
