SOE roll-on

hi everyone,,
I just got my SOE order today! [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]
i know i may sound newbie, but can a successful SOE user tell me the perfect place and amount to apply the SOE? (it\'s a roll-on) because i noticed a lot of variations from different people.. also, how long should i wait after i apply the SOE in order to get the maximum result?
i noticed some people talked about waiting 4 hours for it to kick in! is this true? personally, thats a lot of time.. i would like it better to just start kickin ass as soon as i apply it..

also, i have AE and NPA as well.. what would be the best combo to make full use of everything?? I am 21 years old M of asian background.
