dude, you seem like you know what youre talking about, and out of curiosity(i\'ve just started to lift weights and stuff, want an as fast as possible increase) are you saying that zinc increases your muscles as an addition to training or no matter what? what would you recommend for me, 19 yrs, 160 cm tall and about 60 kg..i lift weights about 2-4 times a week, and i have been told that weight gainer, proteins, DHEA and such is best for a small chap like me to get more out of traaining aNd the biggest muscle increase, what you think?
