I\'d like to experiment with some of your herbs.

What do I need (30 and over group) to order to stay smart, pretty, active...in other words, out of the nursing home.

I\'ve read PLENTY \'bout coral calcium, and even took it for a while. I thought it was pretty good stuff until I realized it was a COMPLETE SHAM!! That freak barefoot has totally hyped up the value of ingesting insane amounts of fishy-smelling limestone. If you really want the benefits of calcium, their is no evidence that any other calcium source isn\'t absorbed just as well as coral when taken correctly. Many people reccomend those chocolate chewy pieces that have like 200 mg calcium a piece. Seriously, anyone who dishes out the cash for coral calcium is totally being played.

I\'m with you. it looks like he knows his stuff, but then when i saw coral calcium on the list, it gave me some doubts.

I am sure though a lot of the stuff he is recommending is good though, but some of them probably hav side effects, and you all should do research on them before taking them.

i\'ve never taken coral calcium. where they collect it from (some place in japan) is right where we dropped the atomic bomb and god knows what could be in the stuff.

The above seabed coral calcium is unaffected by pollution. The below sea coral calcium has been affected by pollution, especially during the industrial era. Pre-digested/ionic calcium absorbs much better than other sources. None of the products I listed have sideeffects unless taken in amounts that are not directed. the worst from my list may be Huperzine A and especially Galantamine if taken in higher doses, especially Galantamine will upset your stomach. the rest have extremely low toxicity, and ofcourse Memantine(Glucophage) is a drug and must be taken in the right dosages prescribed for anti-aging benefits. Lucky you can take all of the products I listed together minus- the Galantamine for your health.

I\'m sure coral calcium is perfectly safe, but it\'s probably just cheaper to begin with to take a mineral supplement and calcium seperately. Plus, I question the claims that attribute the value of coral calcium to the trace mineral elements, since calcium is known to significantly hinder absorbtion of other nutrients when taken concurrently.

But all that other stuff is great. One that should be added to the smart-drug category is choline. Unlike other smart drugs, it has an RDA from the FDA and is essentially a super-B vitamin. It is known to aid in memory, brain circulation, cardiovascular health, and in the uptake of certain essential fatty substances in the brain. I have been taking 10 mg vinpocetine every morning and and afternoon, and have seen ok results. But when I combined with 350mg choline the effects were AMAZING. Truly made me feel like \"Gee, I am so ON today!\".

So I would reccomend the super-healthy and FDA reccomended choline to any supplement regiment, especially those utilizing smart-drugs, as it seems to significantly enhance the effects of Vinpocetine and DMAE as well.

I think the FDA sucks, because they allow a lot of harmless(low toxicity) supplements and drugs from being Approved which could help a lot of patients in need, but they can only get FDA approved things on their health insurance. Their reason is if the toxicity is so low it want work as well. Which was the case with Piracetam.

It also tends to have a calming effect, so it helps you sleep. The principle behind a glass of warm milk, the old home remedy for insomnia.

Have you ever researched Vital Factors made by MDR? If so are they as

    effective as MDR claims?
