I think its about the little things, sure extremely fast shipping is nice, but when I ordered my 7pack of SOE gel just as a quick update, I realized that along with the extra SOE pack that is included with all orders I got another one, I love the little things awwwww. thats 9 and that is continually the reason(many of them) for only ordering from L-scent.
