Default Roll-on to atomizer ratios for JB#1

    visit-red-300x50PNG
OK, just bought the Dynamic Duo set with the NPA, APC, and roll-on bottle and I don\'t really want to shell out another
$15 for an atomizer. Since I\'m a newbie, I figure to start, I\'ll use the typical 7:3 (APC:NPA) mix and put it in the roll-on bottle.
Now, in the cookbook section, it\'s assuming you\'re using an atomizer and says 2 sprays of this mix should be ideal to get started.
How does this translate in terms of the roll-on bottle? I\'m thinking along the lines of 2\" on both sides of my neck and 2\" on each wrist, so 8\" total.
Not enough or will I be ODing hardcore?

If I did my math right, 7\" would give you approximately the same dosage as 2 sprays. That\'s assuming the atomizer yields the same volume as the sprayer in a bottle of TE.

So you should be ok w/8\".

The best thing to do is to start smaller. W/maybe 4\" and field test and slowly work up from there until you find the amount that works best for you. The 2 sprays recommended in the cookbook is just a guideline. W/some guys, 2 sprays would be an OD.
