If You will use SOE frequent, every day, t. ex, gel packs are good alternative to roll-on. Otherwice, if gel pack stays opened for 2-3 days, -nol will convert to -none.
They both are good and handy.

Roll-on - because you decide the dosage otherwise, the packets, which contain a lot of gel, goes to waste.

To all soe buyers out there. Which would you say is more economical - SOE roll-on or the gel packs?

Just to add my two cents - phero-wise, they work out almost exactly the same cost per mg.
FWIW, I have both. I use the gel more than the oil. I put the gel in a roll bottle, and added EtOH until it would roll. I know, I\'m weird. The oil is too strong for me. By the time I get some on, I\'m OD\'ing on the nol.
