Where exactly can I get ethanol?

After reading several posts, I\'ve heard people mention that you can dilute oil-based pheromone products using ethanol so that you can use it in an atomizer. Where (specifically) can you buy that kind of ethanol? How much does it cost? Does it have any sort of smell to it that would alter the scent or makeup of products like APC or PI?

It depends where you are. What many use is \"Everclear vodka\". It\'s pure grain alcohol (95% alcohol, 5% water). No smell beyond that of a pure alcohol signature.

Everclear is 190 proof (95%)grain alcohol. If your local liquor store doesn\'t carry it. (I believe it\'s illegal in some locales but don\'t quote me on that). Try this:

Get someone to buy it for you. Most liquor stores sell it by the pint so it\'s not very expensive.
