Now that\'s an interesting question! I\'d guess the answer is yes but not quickly. The reason is that the extra length is analogous to an appendix. The extra length has little advantage and some extra costs. However, so long as there were men with hypercompetitive penises with offer reproductive advantages, there will be women who will want to accommodate them.
