Here are some others I found that were reputed to aid in a healthy sex life. Found as much pertinent data as possible. Who\'s up for the challenge of figuring out how to get all this stuff into your body? I\'m gettin warm and fuzzy just thinking about it.
Tribulus:
Tribulus terrestris is a testosterone enhancer. Studies show that it works very well when stacked with DHEA and androstenedione.
It increased testosterone levels in a different way, however, than either DHEA or andro do. Instead of being a testosterone precursor,
it leads to the production of the luteinizing hormone (LH). When LH levels are increased, the natural production of testosterone also increases.
LH is a hormone that also deals with sex drive. Now one can understand why it has been used to increase fertility and help with impotence.
Laboratory animal studies found that Tribulus terrestris increased sperm count as well as motility levels after taking it for 30 days.
Horny Goat weed / Epimedium sagittatum:
Epimedium sagittatum appears to be a chinese herbal treatment for the \"promotion of yang energy\". Some people use it to enhance stamina
and/or promote sexual energy. There are currently a lot of herbal products sold which contain Epimedium sagittatum, generally marketted
heavily as sexual enhancers. From a quick survey of available products it looks like 500 - 600 mg is a somewhat standard dose. One of the
primary physiological effects cited by some sources is the dilation of blood vessels, leading to lower blood pressure.
It also appears to have shown some efficacy in treating kidney disorders.
Yohimbe --> Yohimbine:
How does it work? \"by dilating the blood vessels of the skin and mucus membranes, thereby decreasing the blood pressure and increasing the
blood to the surface of the sex organs.\" It will increase the power of erections without increasing sexual excitement.
Ginkgo:
Kknown to increase blood flow to the extremities, helping to fight impotence.
Ginger:
promotes circulation to the extremities. Mild stimulant. High in Vitamin A, B-Complex, C, protein, Calcium, Sodium, Magnesium, Potassium, Iron, Allicin, and Zinc.
Good for motion sickness! hehe
Ginseng:
