You can use shampoo and conditioner on it, and there\'s a product called Citre Shine that\'s in most drugstores that is a shine/conditioning product that makes your hair soft - you\'d need even less than a pea-sized amount for pubes.

OH, I just remembered, too - Jergens Naturally Smooth lotion makes your hair grow in finer and softer. It takes a few weeks of constant use, but it does work.
