IF its a hot day and i have pheros on yes i do wear AXE, however if the weather is milder and im going without usually not. You can try both ways.
You will need to drink plenty of water to sweat and put the signature out. You may feel warmish, its just the stuff working.
Mobley i usually go 3 hours workouts - via 30 mins on 30 mins off 30 mins on 30 mins off 20 mins on 20 min break and then 20 more minutes before wrapping it up
I use 65-70 pounds weights for the dumbell workout, do some running, sit ups, crunches, leg streches. Do some jumping work (skipping etc) and mix it up through the week.
I do this 4 times a week and 3 days rest. Drink plenty of water and of course get the right nutrician, however i have the flu right now so have stopped everything bar the streching. Although the above mentioned horny goatweed supplement is working at speeding up the recovery. 3 days in and im getting better and energy is coming back.
