Well since I havent a problem with rock hard erections I havent tried any penial exercises because they take a at least 20-30 mins a day so I don\'t know if it works but I\'ve heard it does but if you do this excersice the effects should be:
-Rock hard erections whenever you want
-Longer Penis size
-More Feeling
-Stop ejaculation when you want

I tried Viagra for that extra edge,but found it didn\'t work any better than some herbal products I\'ve tried which have a MUCH BETTER PRICE TAG!

Gotta thank you! I have been so down in the dumps, I needed a good laugh. I guess maybe I am cracking up, but I was reading a long very carefully and when I got to the \"permanent penis damage\" I blew a gut. I don\'t know why, it is not a \"laughing matter\" for us guys, is it? The ladies on the forum are probably laughing themselves silly though. What exactly is a permanently damaged penis anyway? On second thought, don\'t tell me. I don\'t want to know. You don\'t want an image like that popping into your head at the wrong moment. If you\'re taking yohimbe, IMHO you\'re either ill-informed or desperate, because there are substantial risks involved. Read the following (and consider using Viagra instead, because while it may or may not be safer than Yohimbe, at least the risks have been looked at a lot harder):

Yohimbe is a tree bark containing a variety of pharmacologically active chemicals. It is marketed in a number of products for body building and \"enchanced male performance.\" Serious adverse effects, including renal failure, seizures and death, have been reported to FDA with products containing yohimbe and are currently under investigation.

The major identified alkaloid in yohimbe is yohimbine, a chemical that causes vasodilation, thereby lowering blood pressure. Yohimbine is also a prescription drug in the United States. Side effects are well recognized and may include central nervous system stimulation that causes anxiety attacks. At high doses, yohimbine is a monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitor. MAO inhibitors can cause serious adverse effects when taken concomitantly with tyramine-containing foods (e.g., liver, cheeses, red wine) or with over-the-counter (OTC) products containing phenylpropanolamine, such as nasal decongestants and diet aids. Individuals taking yohimbe should be warned to rigorously avoid these foods and OTC products because of the increased likelihood of adverse effects.

The Yohimbe-only products I\'ve seen carry the warnings posted above on their labels.The multi-vitamin types do not.(Usually their Yohimbe content is quite low.)

Perhaps it was ignorant of me to relay information on products without including warnings associated with their use.I apologize.

I would hope that everyone read ALL information provided with drugs or supplements etc. before deciding to buy or use them.

The following are listed under possible side effects in a Viagra Patient Information Summary.
\"In rare instances,men have reported an erection that lasts many hours.You should call a doctor immediately if you ever have an erection that lasts more than 4 hours. If not treated right away, permanent damage to your penis could occur.\"
\"Heart attack,stroke,irregular heart beats,and death have been reported rarely in men taking VIAGRA. Most, but not all, of these men had heart problems before taking this medicine.It is not possible to determine whether these events were directly related to VIAGRA.\"

The warnings about Yohimbe were associated with overdoses,interactions with other medications,and pre-existing conditions of the user.The permanent penis damage portion of the Viagra warning doesn\'t stipulate this,with the POSSIBLE conclusion that this could occur with a healthy individual taking no medications, other than Viagra at the prescribed dose.

The mainstream Medical/Pharmaceutical establishment is always vigorously trying to point out the negatives of anything that they themselves are not actually selling.
