If we still not yet married, we need to control our sex libido.
especially for someone which having high libido.
is there any natural solution to control high libido beside masturbation/make love ?

Mental excersize: meditation, religion, study
Avoiding porn and other sources of sexual stimulation.
Development of self-control/will-power
Healthy diet
regular fasting

Good list, Bruce. There\'s a certain cultivation, of the enjoyable feeling, of what I call being \"high and dry\". This feeling is incompatible with sexual activity. I notice it when I\'m relaxed and smoking a good cigar, enjoying a good book, wearing comfortable clothes. This cultivation makes will power easier.

Sex would be \"too messy\" at those times. It\'s kind of like when you are done swimming -- the enjoyable feeling of being dry, relaxed and warm. You don\'t want to \"jump back in the pool.\" Exercise of course helps, as does any kind of management of your emotional states. Meditation is great, but it doesn\'t have to be formal practice. Just being alone with your thoughts and feelings, attending to them and following them through.

These are also times for friendship, good conversation, laughter, getting an interesting perspective on things.
