AHA!
Remember the PMS Cures thread where I said I swore by hot chocolate made really strong with real chocolate for cramps? And here this article recommends real dark chocolate (not mix) for all these good health reasons. They should revise the PMS literature.
What a great link, thanks!

Default Tip on Brownies

I went to a superbowl party & this girl made these amazingly soft & rich brownies, she said her secret was simple, just \"under-bake\" them & that way stay moist.

when it comes to brownies i use a mix made by Guittard( i use thier choc chips as well), never found a recipe better than thier premix...all i do is add the nuts(prefer pecans over others but walnuts are ok.)
