Best teeth whitening system

I saw an ad for this OTC stuff, forget who makes it, you apply it to your teeth like nail polish. Any good? When I go to a dentist, any procedure that is safe & effective.

My dentist charged $350 initial outlay to make a cast of my teeth and then plastic trays that fit exactly, included with several syringes of bleaching material. I slept with them on for a week and my teeth bleached from A3 to A1. Since then, once every two weeks sleeping with them on keeps them at A1. The initial outlay is expensive, but it works extremely well, is safe, and takes no effort.

cant remember the name but one out there using a \'cup\' to hold some jel both on the upper and lower set of teeth and it takes like 10-15 mins a day to use it ..works
