G-d bless. I am so sorry. Your daughter will be in my prayers.
Wow, I feel sorry for you and your family.
Franki
BWW, they can\'t bust up the tumor? I have a friend, an associate at this firm, whose new wife had a brain tumor, and they busted it up. It\'s still inside her head, but in fragments. That\'s what they\'re doing now, instead of going in and trying to remove them.
HORRIBLE news, I\'m so sorry.
Blackwidow,
That is horrible news. I am so very sorry. Do you feel comfortable with this opinion? If not, do not hesitate to get another one.
All my best wishes to you and your family, that is really horible news.
Wow FTR fill me in on that one i am really intrested on that.. but other than that they couldnt even do the new Gama knife surgery.. she has a rare brain tumor stupid long doc phrase i cant even pronounce.. il get ya the spelling on that later, anyways it is around her brain stem and has grown up the one side of her brain and now is spreading else where.. she has seen many of specialists and brain surgons and none want to risk going in as she would not make it off the table let alone thru any surgery..radiation and cemo will not help in anyway.. the docs have told her to her face there is no outcome from this..as far as second apionions well we have had 4 diffrent ones and getting nowhere. we even tried other places and st, judes no help there..so now its all about make the best of everything and treat her as normal as she wants us to and for her to have as much fun and do as much as she can.. but no we will never give up...she is my little hero...
BWW - I\'m so sorry to hear that. I\'ll be praying for you and her.
I\'ll ask the guy about it and get back to you, I\'ll do it tomorrow. His wife is a nurse.
Sad, it\'s very sad, I\'m so sorry.
Thank you FTR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That\'s sad.
If you don\'t mind me asking, how old is she?
I\'ll be praying for your daughter too.
I\'m sorry. I hope and pray for your daughter.
I am also praying for your daughter.
shes going on 15 and every bit a grown lady..even though shes not..she had to grow up super fast to really enjoy the things we do for her or with her.. We try to do as many things as a real family would and i let her do as much as she wants but i still gota keep an eye on her..Im trying to send her to disney world in florida so she can spend as much time there having fun as possible.. Other than that she just wants to be treated as normal as possible..She dont want no one feeling sorry for her shes one tuff cookie..Shes embassador of cancer relay for life walks here..even when really ill she keeps up her smile and trys to help others.. my little hero...
and i thought being orphaned at 15 was tough, really sorry to hear such a sad thing happening to someone so young, and seemingly so full of living.
God works in mysterious ways and what the future holds is always in his hands. May God be with her. Best wishes to her.
I wish I had the courage of you and your daughter.
I think I speak for everyone when I say our thoughts and prayers will be with you both.
Children can be so brave in those situations. It always amazes me. An adult in the same position more often feels sorry for themselves.
She sounds like a hero too.
I\'m saddened by that news, and will also pray for you both.
The surgeon who operated on my friend\'s wife is named Henry Brem - he\'s at Johns Hopkins. Worth a phone call, at least.
