I don\'t think the scent of baby powder is strong enough to cover to intensive odor NPA has. Stick with essential oils. Women also love rose, jasmine, and others ya know.

    Smell This:

For a cool baby powder effect, take a bottle of SOE, and add rose and vanilla essential oils to taste, starting with the rose. Just think \"baby powder?!\", and go slow. Should work nicely. For icing on the cake, ambrette seed oil (\"vegan musk\") would be great, but it is a rare and expensive oil.
