Bay rum

Is bay rum an attractive smell?

(I've done a search on it but the string was too short). I get the impression that there are different makes of bay

rum & therefore possibly different fragrances. Any recommendations / comments please? Thanks.

Yes, it's an attractive

smell, a traditional attractant and aphrodisiac from centuries ago. It also has occult properties in this regard,

according to those traditions. It's a quintessential manly smell, and is highly recommended if you like

it.

Bruce and I had talked about me making a pheromone-laced bay rum for L-S, as I've never been entirely

satisfied with any commercially available version that I could recommend. On the other hand, there are a lot of

functional ones. Burt's Bees brand is functional, if underwhelming.

You do have to be careful of scent OD with

Bay Rum. Some react negatively to its strength and spiciness of you use too much.
