ok..my question is about multi-vitamins ..what i\'m looking 4 is info on what you take as a multi, and a general idea of your age group. i\'d like to see what ppl are taking and why. If any supplaments are taken as well..IE: herbs used.(soy, primrose, ginseng, flax oil, etc

Since I\'m not interested in dating you, regardless of your age, I\'ll answer your original question about vitamins.

I use Vita Logic\'s Daily Extra. One doctor said she believed it was the best all around multi-vitamin.

No problem on the age. I\'m 43. I don\'t know about other herbs. The printing on the bottle is so microscopic, that I can\'t read it right now. I\'ll have to find my fine detail reading glasses before I can tell you what else is in it.

So yes, Elana, I am out of of his age range...assuming I was a woman of course.

I personally don\'t worry so much about the age of the woman. To me, there\'s no age limit on a fine woman.

The problem is usually whether or not I am in the woman\'s prefered age range.
