Supplementing the diet with essential fats, the omega 3\'s and omega 6\'s, have been show to reduce symptons of PMS. Women have been using Evening Primrose oil for a long time for this. Other sources of omega 3\'s are flax and fish oil. Sunflower seeds are high in omega 6 fats. Borage oil may be helpful as well.

I am back! I just am visiting again after being sooo busy with work I couldn\'t breathe! Anyway... I got the best PMS cure... I am totally serious... DEPO shots!
