Wishing all of you Mad Scientist and Mad Scientist Wanna Be[s] a Thanksgiving that has you in a relaxed state of being, full of fattening goodies, happiness, and plenty of smiles. Those of you traveling...may God protect you to and from, and you gain a few pounds that causes you the worry of not fitting your pants, good memories of the day, and plenty of smiles! \"The Night Of THANKSGIVING!\"


\'Twas the night of Thanksgiving, and I just couldn\'t sleep!
I tried counting backwards, I even tried counting sheep.

The leftovers beckoned, the dark meat and white,
But I fought the temptation with all of my might!

I was tossing and turning with starving anticipation,
And the dream of a snack became my infatuation.

So I raced to the kitchen, flung open the door,
And gazed at the fridge, full of sweets and goodies galore!

I gobbled up turkey and buttered potatoes,
Stuffing and carrots and peas and tomatoes!

I felt myself swelling so plump and so round,
And all of a sudden, I rose off the ground!

I crashed through the ceiling and into the sky,
With a mouthful of pudding and a handful of pie.

But I managed to yell as I soared past the trees,
\"Happy eating to all...Save me some sweet potatoe pie, please!\"

No one heard me, as I floated into the sky,
Only wondering who would get that last piece of pie,

I was close to the North Star, when my stomach popped,
I awoke from my dream the very moment, I started to drop,

Be careful at that table, or it may not be a dream,
It could very well be you that floats off, from the Thanksgiving scene!
