I think here there are some computer hobyist in this forum.
I think the FAQ is not enough (we can see from many repeated question in the forum)
What do you think if somebody helping love scent to create FAQ system, so it is more easy to add/update with NEW Q&A, so it can improve all the FAQ and Discussion in the forum
