now i\'m no expert but have had to adjust my intake in life to help my health some, did this with a multi+supp diet..take a look at mega man vits from GNC\'s web site, now we all know ladies need calciam to prevent some probs later in life, well, ginseng,oat straw, saw palmetto,and some related others promote proper prostate/libido health, a great side effect is a increased sex drive.

BTW, in a more related subject...yohimbe is a herb reputed to increase blood flow in and restrict blood flow out so apply that to..well..if ya can\'t figure that 1..i\'ll not explain
