I will add, tho, that the pump is available, along with constriction rings, from mainstream drugstores (and I believe I\'ve read, by prescription, although that\'s foggy) as a treatment for ED. The pump pulls the blood into the penis, the constriction ring keeps it there in sort of a semi-erect structure that allows (??) intercourse.
Frankly, in the absence of serious veinous pathology (or, of course, nitroglycerine dependency) I would think Viagra, for all of its faults, would be the better choice.
