<hr></blockquote>Most of what you are saying is the Conventional Medical Wisdom (CMW sm) on the subject. I will add, tho, that the pump is available, along with constriction rings, from mainstream drugstores (and I believe I\'ve read, by prescription, although that\'s foggy) as a treatment for ED. The pump pulls the blood into the penis, the constriction ring keeps it there in sort of a semi-erect structure that allows (??) intercourse.

Frankly, in the absence of serious veinous pathology (or, of course, nitroglycerine dependency) I would think Viagra, for all of its faults, would be the better choice.

Hey guys. Want to revamp this thread. Got another question about enlarging. I just found a site www.power-jelq.com They sell a machine that suppose to do more intense jelq\'s (jelq is one of those natural exercises). When I saw the video, it looked weird. I don\'t want to put my member in a contrapation like that. But they have a forum there and the guys say it feels good, so I dunno. Anybody here used the thing before?

There used to be this product called a Mark Eden breast enhancer - it looked like a thigh master, but was held in your arms in various ways, and you exercised with it to lift, shape, and increase your bustline. I have to put my 2 cents in here. I\'ve been following this thread for a while now. No disrespect to you druid, or anyone else who has contributed to this thread. I think that these penis enlargement exercise programs, devices, and pumps are very dangerous. The only objective of the sellers of these things is to make money. They don\'t give a rats ass about your success. I\'ve been an Internet marketer for the past 7 years. I know how things work. The people who sell these things always give a money back guarantee. This is a maketing ploy to give legitimacy to their product, knowing statistically that only a small percentage of their customers will ask for their money back. Most people logically think that this must work, because they give a money back guarantee. The sellers of these products make money because most don\'t ask for their money back. They simply count on consumer ignorance. Then there\'s the testimonials, I love those. The testimonials are either written by the owner of the site, or stolen from other web sites and are edited to make it look like these testimonials were written about their product, by their customers. With that said, let me get to what I came here to say.


Pumps were designed years ago for men with diabetes who were rendered impotent from the disease to help them obtain an erection, not to enlarge their penis. Common sense tells me that the pills sold everywhere on the net, probably doesn\'t work either. Do you think if they had a miracle drug like this, that it wouldn\'t be sold in an rx? Afterall, a drug store would really add legitimacy to their product. Plus the phamacuticals would want to snap up this miracle pill. To date, I haven\'t seen these pills sold in any store. Only on the net, and in magazines. I hope no-one here is seriously considering using that power jelq device. I saw the videos on this thing, it looks really dangerous. I laughed when I saw what this thing looks like. (tongs with 2 rollers) You guys can\'t seriously think that this thing works? Using too much pressure with this thing would cause serious injury. Then there\'s the exercise programs, claiming that the jelq exercise is an ancient arabic technique handed down from generation to generation by their fathers. Ok guys, can you picture your father whipping out his pecker and showing you how to do this exercise? Don\'t make me laugh. If this exercise has been known for centuries, then why is it just recently it has been heard of? I ran a search today on these execise programs. I read how it works. All that stretching and pulling on the penis. It seems to me, all that pulling, and stretching, could tear the ligaments attached to your pelvic bone. I can see how these exercises could seriously injure the penis. Druid, have you really increased in size? I find it hard to believe. Please don\'t compare penis enlargement with breast enhancement. A penis is a lot more sensitive and can be injured a lot more easily than a womans breasts can. There is no similarities between the two. I\'d hate to see the younger forum members do serious injury to themselves. I wouldn\'t want to see anyone get injured, to the point that it effects the quality of their lives. I am not even close to being an expert on this subject, but I do have common sense, and common sense tells me that this is dangerous. If a woman judges me by the size of my penis, she isn\'t worth my time, or worthy of me. I can smell a scam a mile away. Penis enlargement stinks worse than concentrated EW. well supposdley the exercises were known about in europe for years now and they have recently become popular here in the states. And I hear ya BNQ and yeah and my dick is a little thicker. Before I tried this stuff (well I don\'t do the stretches) I searched the net for something (web site, posts, etc) that said that the exercieses didn\'t work. I could only find things that said good things about them. Well recently I was sent a link that has made me think twice. The link says that those exercies are dagerous and don\'t work exactly as advertised. That link also has articles in it about guys with 9\"+ penisis who CAN\'T make their girl orgasim, so that makes we wonder. The site is run by some alternative type docotor (who has some weird ideas on how to do penis enlargemnet -- his method is called the \"ballon technique\" which basically entales massage to maintain a \"super\" erection for a certain amount of time) and he says that a avgerage (around 5\") super hard penis is the best to make a girl \"cum\", which is great! [img]/ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif[/img] (for me anyway). So I am serioulsy considering just leaving him the way he is. BNQ covered the most important issue, it really doesnt matter that much. I wouldn\'t have much respect for a girl who only wanted me for my little guy.

I think the best way is just to have good general penile health. I gave up regular exersize ages ago, and just kind of did some massages, like jelqs I supose, and some gentle streaches. I think the exersizes do work, but only in moderation. You always read these sites saying that the reason you are probably not seeing results is because you are not keeping to a regular regime, which is balls.

Since I\'ve never done these exercises, I can\'t argue whether they work or not. I did check out several of these types of web sites, and saying that they are all suspect, is being nice on my part. One of the sites that I visited, rated the top 5 sites on the subject. Now, how much do you want to bet that this guy is an affiliate of all 5 of these programs. Of course the top rated program was the most expensive one, which brings him in a higher commission.

I think the way these exercises get dangerous is only if you OVER-DO them. Some manuals recommend jelqing 20-30 minutes per day. The manual I have emphasizes on safety and recommends 3-4 minutes of jelquing per day. So, I think it depends on the amount of time exercising. And to be honest, I just recently re-started doing the exercises, and it seems to have bettered my penile health than worsen, like druid\'s results. My 02.

well when I was doin it pretty regular I would at most do it 3 times a week. The mauel stresses 5 days a week. It is probably like weight training and their are misconceptions about how much you should do it, and people would have you over-train.
