SOE / PAN

Tomorrow I\'m gonna apply half a gelpack of SOE and about 6\" of PAN. I\'ll post results afterwards.

I´ll get on the wagon and apply 3 spray´s of PAN befor going to KravMaga practice tomorrow(it beeing a \"open\" training session there will probably not be any women there but one can always hope.......)
