Default Is a Woman\'s "Sense of Smell" a factor?

Or is the way the VMO works seperate?

I read that women have a much stronger sensitivity to smells than men.

Is this true and does it matter when it comes to pheromones?

ALso, if a woman smokes or people in a nightclub smoke, does it make a difference?

    Thanks.

Yes the VNO is the organ that Pheros \"trip\" (could not think of better term). They (VNO) have a receptor that pheros link up to. This is a separate organ from the olfactory organ. And yes again for the smoky atmosphere. I find that in smoky settings more application is needed. The more you apply the more is picked up by the VNO\'s in the area. But if too much you can get opposite effects as well. So experimentation is key.

    OK - Thanks.

But what about a woman having a more sensitive snese of smell than a man?

If we think we are using just the right amount going by smell, maybe the ladies are getting the \"too much\" effect.

Maybe less is more, or at least better?

Well that makes sense. But the only fem that has had a real negative reaction to the \"smell\" was me dear ole mum. She cannot stand it when I enter her house from 100 plus degree weather. So when visiting mum, I must not have on any pheros.
