NPA/Cologne

Hi guys I was just wondering has anyone tried using NPA with just a regular cologne? I was thinking of using some NPA and then maybe just spraying some regualr cologne over top of it would this work? Is there a better way? What would the ratio be? I was thinking one drop to three or four sprays??
