    Default Sprints in Gym

    I've recently started

doing Sprints training (20 min (1 min sprint, 1 min walk) -- repeat 10 intervals).

    I've noticed an increase

in weight loss and muscle definition, and an increase in sex drive.

On the other hand I am exhausted all the

time and feel like not talking to much or even having the energy sometime.

Does anyone else do this training?

I find with aerobics I don't lose weigh as effectively and this is much better.

Yeah if you do that type

of things in your daily life you should have to eat something which will make your body to fight with that stuff if

you dont eat anything like you will feel lots of weakness.

    Hi HM,
I think you are not having healthy diet plan. Consult your gym coach or dietitian and eat regular, small meals to fuel your sport and replace energy fast. Make sure you are hydrating before, during and after your workout and have regular check ups. Avoid doing to much training too soon and rest up between training.

Very well said, Aldrich. but I guess HM has it own reason and methods, or HM doesn't shares all the strategies he did.
