I am one of the veteran mones wearers on the
forum and am seeking your advice. Lately I have felt like I have lost my mojo. I use my mones that I have bought
here over the years and they do not move me or the men around me anymore. What would you regulars suggest to help
"Stella Get Her Groove Back?" Do these things get stale and no longer work? Is it me because I am in a slump? I used
to feel like a cougar in heat, but now I feel like a bump on a log.
Say what you need to say. I do not have a
thin skin.

would suggest nutritional supplementation. Low levels of certain nutrients can cause a lack of oooph. e.g. vitamin E
& selenium - a good combo. Plus low levels of C & B vitamins & iron.
Supplements from a health shop would give
effective doses of Vit E, selenium, & Vit C. Natural foods like brewers yeast, fresh royal jelly capsules,
unpasturised honey (contains minerals inc. iron), nuts (almonds, & brazil nuts - selenium), salads, & fresh fruit
would rev up your diet.
Plenty of good quality sleep, relaxation in fresh air, exercise - walks, swimming,
etc.
The body only has its mojo when it has surplus energy - like a good quality fuel in a car.
Some people
like to revamp their image - different haircut, clothes, scent, etc. Human beings like to control their
surrouindings & moulding things your way will give you a buzz.
Go for it - & report back

want to try some copulins to replace your lessening production.

would definitely suggest upping your copulin usage. I wear them everyday and my Mojo has no problem getting a rise
out of the guys. Any product with copulins will do you up right.

suspect that the issue starts from the inside - your own hormone levels.
A lot of women go through a "cougar
in heat" phase in their 40s - and I'm SOOOO thankful.
But...easy come easy go. I recommend that you attend
to your own body first.
First, do balance your life with exercise, stress reduction, mellow thinking.
Concurrently, spark your own hormone production with stuff called ZMA - for zinc magnesium asparate. The active
ingredient is zinc which serves as an essential part of enzymes that convert choresterol into estrogens and other
sex hormones.
A guy might use 3 capsules at night - I find 2 works best for me. A woman should try one or
two capsules before bedtime. ZMA will make you sleepy and your hormone conversion process largely happens at
night.
I suspect that driving yourself to a more vigorous lifestyle and taking ZMA will kick your own libido
and energy levels. Your own pheromone production will increase and men will notice.
