All orders are shipped first
thing in the morning M-F, so it sounds like either your order got shipped and it didn't get noted on your account,
or something went "wrong" with your order, in which case you would have gotten an email or phone call about it, so
I'm guessing the former, but it doesn't hurt to ask. You should be able to get a response, by hitting "reply" on
the email you got when you placed the order. Like I said, I'm fairly sure, the order got shipped.
