    Default Order still pending

    I placed an

    order 5 days ago and I see it is still pending. I was wondering if I could get an estimated date of shipment. I can

    Hi,

    All orders are shipped first

    thing in the morning M-F, so it sounds like either your order got shipped and it didn't get noted on your account,

    or something went "wrong" with your order, in which case you would have gotten an email or phone call about it, so

    I'm guessing the former, but it doesn't hurt to ask. You should be able to get a response, by hitting "reply" on

    the email you got when you placed the order. Like I said, I'm fairly sure, the order got shipped.

    tammy@love-scent.com with your order number so I can check the status. Orders

    are shipped out right away unless there was a problem with an incorrect billing address or some other address issue.

    Billing addresses must match the credit card used.
