Shipping Time

Hi,

Is it normal for

an order to take more than 24 hours?.
I'm not complaining, don't worry

I'm asking this because In the L-S

store I've read that any shipment made online or through the "toll-free order line" will be shipped the same day

and that basically It would be delivered within 24 hours (Monday-Frinday).

The thing is that my order was made on

"Monday, December 07", and is still marked as Pending being today Thursday 10.
I ordered this selecting the fastest

USPS shipping method (International Express Mailing Service; EMS 6-8 days).

Maybe because Christmas is near, then

the store have a lot shipments?.

PS: Sorry if there's some ind of holiday in USA that I don't know of.

Don't take this question as a complaint.
I think is best to have this question/answer here so others can expect an

average delay time before starting to send emails.

Tammy gave me the tracking #

today.
The tracking website said it was created on Tuesday. So it seems even dough it says "pending" it was

actually shipped.

I receive my orders in 10 days in the UK normally.

When the shipping

emails are sent at the end of the day every now and then one does not go and it stays in the pending list until I

catch it and manually go in and mark it shipped. I do try to put the shipping date in comments. If you are concerned

please send me an email at tammy@love-scent.com and I will check the order and send you a date or

tracking number when it went out.
