i do BJJ/MMA 3 times/week and i work out almost everyday.

may want to try some of the "social" pheromones like SoE to get conversation going and get people talking. That is

usually a good step. Get them interested.

need any help in the "sexual" pheromone aspect. You may already be producing enough natural pheromonee. If you

wanted to try something I'd only go with a basic product like Chikara or maybe Alter Ego (start with small doses

and work up over a period of weeks).

What may be just as important for you is to practice your social skills.

Women are going to *see* you first so dress well without overdressing, probably *hear* you next so practice your

conversation skills. *Smelling* you, and your pheromones, will be one of the LAST things they will do.

and i also say that SOE is a good product, and may be used alone by a 20 year old with good

results.
Also the NPA component may well be unnecessary

for a 20 yr old and if you are going to experiment with NPA which is designed to be used diluted then just better be

colognes right?. For example, I have 212 (original). Will the alcohol screw up the mones? Is better then to mix it
