    does anyone know a way how I can rise my endogenous pheromone production ?

    I read a magazine article a while back saying that celery contained quite a bit of androsterone, and they were laughingly saying that you could raise your pheromone production by eating celery. I don\'t know if you could eat enough to make a difference though.

    Since pheromone output is linked to sex hormone levels, you should be able to increase your pheromones by working out rigorously.

    You might want to think about preserving the natural pheromones you have already, and that can be done by using natural soaps and deodorant rather than antibacterial ones that kill the bacteria necessary for creating pheromones on your skin.
