on average I believe 1 ML is 10
drops.
Hey
guys I just recently recieved my lucky pheromones chemistry set and had a question about volume I've been checking
out Abducters pheromone calculator its sweet!!! Its also really impressive the number of women interested in
pheromone research work. On to the questions
On average how many drops are in a ML.
Practicle chemestry
Where is the best source for chemestry supplies????
And any suggestions on how to start my lab would be
apprecated cause I know all you guys out here have found some pit falls.
on average I believe 1 ML is 10
drops.
lol - looks like there are going
to be debates about this......
I measure one drop out at .05ml - so 20 drops to a ml.
Someone did a whole
lot of measurements once along these lines.... not sure where it is but from memory you can get to it from the "The
Pherolibrary" sticky thread....
thanks for all of your alls input I may have to break down and simply go drop by drop.
Just for a matter of interest i have conducted a few tests in measurement using
a medical syringe to measure my mls, and a dropper that i received from a pheromone manufacturing
company.
This is what my dropper gave me in todays
tests.
- Tap water..... 26 dr/mL
- Metholated spirits.... 45
dr/mL- NPA/w... 53 dr/mL
I AM. Out of my mind .... .... ....

Officially speaking you were right the first time.
It depends on the product
which you use. Different products have different usage.
Just to confuse things further,
it will depend on the size of the dropper as well
My Alter Ego dropper, for example, doesn't seem to produce
as big a drop as the one I bought originally from a chemist that I use for most of my measuring.
And this
morning when dosing a mix of 4 parts SOE and 3 parts A7 the drops seemed to be a lot bigger than the last time I
used this mix...... i think the heat made the mix more viscous. This would tie in with Terry's comments as well.
Just another argument for personal experimentation! Although it would be nice, especially when trying a new
product, if you could be more sure of a starting dose.........
