So, then
your focus is on the individual or on groups? Techniques vary depending on that. Smell would be far less a factor in
groups since you necessarily have to have a greater distance. Physical contact is more limited too so you can't use
that as a tool. On the other hand, poise, self confidance and delivery seem to make a far greater difference. The
ability to read reactions and adjust your presentation to the group becomes a lage factor too. I've noticed, and a
preacher once told me this as well, that with a group you can get them excited or angry and it transmits itself
through the whole group. It's interesting to watch it happening.
