the 'other place' has released the newest version of A314. I'm wondering whether lovescent's A314

batch has been updated or is it still last year's version?


it's important to know cuz the old A314 smells

like crap and didn't work as well. the new one smells much much better and has an improved formula.

place, depending on what one is trying to pull off. Thinking social group settings (TWICKED - FRIENDLY ALPHA) and

business group settings (UNTOUCHED - "I'm the boss damnit!").

a314 has gone thorough a number of

tweaks and "updates," including a variety of cover scents. Even a "defective" version was sold. Not everyone was

happy with the "improvements."

Like the man said, sometimes the old originals are better. I just ran out of my

LS a314 and I am still debating which version I want to purchase. I *may* opt to experiment with the "newer" stuff,

but ...

You'll notice that many of the "old classsics" like NPA still outperform the "new" stuff. And in my

experience "new and improved" on any product may mean just the opposite in reality...

I "THINK" the other place rolls their own so to speak, but only

Bruce has that answer. I also "THINK" the original is produced by another company ... the orginal A314 makers.



With enough money in your pocket, I'm sure the original makers will tweak anything you like.

"other place" is indeed the original maker (OEM) of a314. But they also make small "test batches" to test changes

and "improvements" that they only sell on their site. There were a number of scent variations if I recall for

example. Some flopped. Remember they are primarily an R&D lab, so not all their products are "final edition" proven

stuff.

I stand corrected. I thought they rolled their own.

I liked

their first batch ... it was more dominant. Seems now, it's a friendly dominant instead of the "I AM BOSS"

dominant. Oh well.

I have the mutant back version and the classic one from ls. I find the mutant one even more alpha than the classic

one, or perhaps it's because the former seems scentless..

Sorry, but since I don't have any

experience with the updated version I have nothing to say about it. The old version never did a thing for me so I

quit using it a long time ago. I do appreciate your faith in my knowledge but it is limited.
