If the Energy Commissioners who
proposed this don't know tyranny when if flows from their pens, or else don't care that they are tyrants, then
boot them out of office ASAP.
The public outcry has put a stake in this petty tyranny for now as of
1-15.
First, the government of California bans or discourages the construction of new generation, both inside
and outside of the state, THEN they insist on controlling your usage of power inside your home.

back but I'll be watching for it.
